Use AI in your tax and accounting office without putting client data at risk.
Staff are already pasting client emails into ChatGPT. We help your office decide what may and may not go into AI, set up business accounts properly and train your team. We are not your IT provider and we do not write or certify your WISP.
AWS, Azure and Google CloudCloud systems designed and run on all three, plus Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
In person, locallyChesterfield, Midlothian and Richmond. Remote across the U.S.
Built around the rules you already follow.
IRS Publication 4557, Safeguarding Taxpayer Data, and the FTC Safeguards Rule expect a tax preparer to protect client information, and your written information security plan (WISP) is where your firm records how. AI tools are one more place client data can end up. We help your office set a clear AI policy and configure the accounts to match. Your WISP, your compliance and your decisions stay with your firm, and we do not write or certify a WISP.
Already on QuickBooks, Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax or CCH Axcess? We check what AI your current plans include before suggesting anything new.
We check each AI tool’s data terms for you. Before setup we read what the plan keeps and for how long, whether it trains on your inputs, who can see them and how to delete them. You get a one-page plain-English summary. Your firm or practice makes the call.
Three ways to keep taxpayer data out of the wrong place.
Use AI safely setup
A written rule for staff, and accounts set up to match.
$750
Schedule agreed after the account review
An AI use policy for your office, business accounts configured so your data is not used for model training, your chosen ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini setup and a short staff session. Licences are separate.
Your firm decides what may be shared. Not legal advice, not a security audit and no guarantee of confidentiality.
AI team workshop
Train the team before busy season.
$495
One afternoon · one platform
Staff practice useful tasks, such as drafting a client reminder or summarizing a notice, using sample information instead of real returns, and learn what to keep out.
One platform per workshop. Software subscriptions and account setup are separate.
Not sure where to start?
Start with the check-up.
A half day looking at the tools you pay for and the AI your staff already use, ending with a prioritized list. Sometimes the answer is to keep what you have.
Advice and review; implementation is quoted separately.
We work alongside your IT provider.
What we do
Write your AI use policy, set up ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, train your team and review cloud costs.
What your IT provider keeps
Sign-in protection (MFA), backups, antivirus and your cyber-insurance answers. If our check-up spots something on their side, we write it down for them; we do not change it.
We do not write or certify your WISP, give tax or legal advice, or manage your IT security. We help with the AI policy and safe setup; your compliance stays with your firm.

A clear website for your services, deadlines and how to send documents; you approve every change Managed website ↗
Two website choices. You own the site with either one. Own it: $1,495 once. Month to month: $495 setup + $149 a month. Both plans cover a standard business website, up to 5 pages. See the included changes, hosting and later costs before choosing.
Free, and it runs in your browser: nothing you type is sent anywhere. There is no demo site for accounting offices yet, and none of these tools connects to your systems.
No. Your written information security plan, your FTC Safeguards Rule program and your compliance stay with your firm and your IT provider. We write the AI section: which tools staff may use and what never goes into them, so your WISP can point to it.
Can staff put client emails and returns into ChatGPT?
Not by default. A sensible starting rule is that Social Security numbers, EINs, bank numbers and client documents stay out until your firm approves a specific tool and workflow. We help you write that rule and set the accounts up to match. No-training settings reduce risk but do not guarantee confidentiality.
Do you check an AI vendor’s data terms?
Yes. We read what each plan keeps and for how long, whether it trains on your inputs, who can see them and how to delete them, and give you a one-page plain-English summary. Your firm makes the call.
Will it work with Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, CCH Axcess or QuickBooks?
We do not connect AI to your tax or accounting software. Many of those products now include their own AI features, so we check what your current plans already cover before suggesting anything new. A client portal such as SmartVault or TaxDome stays as it is.
Are you our IT provider or a security firm?
No. We work alongside yours. Sign-in protection, backups, encryption and security audits stay with your IT provider. If we notice something, we write it down for them; we do not change it.
We are about to be busy. What is the smallest useful step?
The Tech & AI Check-up is a half day and ends with a prioritized list. If staff are already using AI, the Use AI safely setup puts a policy and proper accounts in place, and the workshop trains the team on sample information before busy season.
