Staff AI use policy builder

01What is the business called?

Used in the policy text so it reads as yours.

02What kind of business is it?

Optional. Some trades carry confidentiality rules that reach further than a general policy does.

03Which of these does your business handle?

Tick everything that applies. Each one adds a specific line to the "never paste this" section. That section is the part of the policy staff actually read.

04Which AI tools does your team use, or plan to?

Leave everything unticked if nothing is approved yet. The policy will say so rather than pretend otherwise.

05May staff use their own personal AI accounts for work?

Most owners have never been asked this. It is the question that decides whether work done with AI stays inside the business.
