How an update works

Connecting your Facebook page is not available yet, and neither is updating by chatting with an AI.

We write, design and build it with you, then host it and keep it running. You never log in to anything, and you have one person to ask.
What we’ll build with you.
Two ways to pay. Month to month: $495 setup and $149 a month, no contract, cancel any time. Own it: $1,495 once, with hosting included for 12 months. Both plans cover a standard business website, up to 5 pages. Custom builds from $3,500 are only for sites that need online booking or many pages.
Up to 4 change requests a month by email. We draft each one, you preview it, and nothing goes live until you approve it. Hours, phone, address, prices and service area need a typed YES, and any change can be undone for 24 hours.
If the site stops working, we get an alert and respond within 4 business hours. New pages, new features or a redesign are quoted before we start.
No contract and no minimum. Cancel any time by email, with no fee. The plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
Within 7 days of your notice we hand over your site files, content, photos, the record of approved changes and a list of every login, at no charge, even in your first month.
Your price stays the same for your first 12 months. Any later change comes with 60 days’ notice by email.

Hosting and monitoring are included for the first 12 months. After that, you choose: we move the site once, free, to a free host in your own account, or we keep hosting and watching it for $25 a month or $250 a year.
Changes after the first 90 days are $59 each. Or switch to the monthly plan at any time, with no setup fee.
Your domain is registered in your name. You pay its renewal (about $15 to $20 a year) straight to your registrar.

We correct every wrong fact on your current website and your Google Business Profile: hours, phone, address, service area and dead links. You also get a one-page list of what else is out of date.
Credited toward either website plan if you sign up within 30 days. If we cannot get access to your site or your Google listing, we refund you.
The initial project
Planning the pages, writing, design, building, your review, and launch. You provide your domain details, your photos and facts, and one person who approves changes.
Ongoing monthly care
Hosting, security updates and upkeep, plus the changes you send us within your agreed monthly allowance: hours, services, photos, staff, notices. New pages and features are scoped separately.
We keep your site correct and fast, and we set up the basics: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and business facts that match your Google Business Profile. We do not sell rankings or monthly SEO packages. If you want a ranking campaign, we will help you choose a specialist and hand them a site that is ready for it. We take no cut.
What it won’t do.
Nothing is published without your approval, and prices, hours, phone numbers and service area always need an explicit yes from you. This is not a do-it-yourself page editor: you send the change and we make it. New pages, online booking and other features are scoped and priced separately.
We agree the details and the price in writing before we start, and you try everything before it goes live.
