25% AI slop, checked by JevBook a free call

Questions owners actually ask.

If yours isn't here, the assistant on this page will answer it — or call and ask a person.

Plain English, every time. If we use a technical word, we explain it.

Tell us what changed, in your own words. We draft it and send you a preview, and nothing goes live until you approve it. Prices, hours, phone numbers, address and service area always need an email YES from you, and every change can be undone for 24 hours. Today you tell us by email. Connecting your Facebook page is not available yet, and neither is updating by chatting with an AI. There is no editor to log in to and nothing to learn.

Either. We correct every wrong fact on your current website and your Google Business Profile: hours, phone, address, service area and dead links. You also get a one-page list of what else is out of date. That is $295, once. Credited toward either website plan if you sign up within 30 days. If we cannot get access to your site or your Google listing, we refund you.

We keep your site correct and fast, and we set up the basics: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and business facts that match your Google Business Profile. We do not sell rankings or monthly SEO packages. If you want a ranking campaign, we will help you choose a specialist and hand them a site that is ready for it. We take no cut.

It answers routine questions from the facts you approve, takes down the caller's details, and sends each request where you tell it. Whether it can book, transfer a call, text or call back depends on the phone and booking tools you use, and we check that first. We test the hand-off to a person, and the backup when nobody answers, before it goes live. The assistant answers around the clock; people follow up in your hours.

The assistant should identify itself as AI and explain its role. We agree and test the opening disclosure and what it should say when asked, rather than presenting it as a human employee.

We define when it should acknowledge missing information and offer a message, callback request, or configured human handoff. The destination, staff availability, and fallback are part of setup. Important decisions still need a person; AI answers are not guaranteed to be correct.

You can explore our fictional business demonstrations and the public MAE assistant. Each example explains what is interactive, simulated, or still in development. Live provider availability and browser permissions apply; sample business actions do not make real bookings.

Maybe not. We first check what your existing software and subscription support. If a built-in assistant fits, setup and configuration may be enough. Any separate receptionist or connection needs an agreed scope, supported integration, account access, and a tested handoff.

Yes. We scope an assistant around approved handbooks, procedures, and documents, with source references, staff permissions, missing-information handling, and a human reviewer. Platform choice and software licenses depend on your environment. Document access and answer quality need testing before your team relies on it.

No. We do not manage devices, email, accounts, security, or backups, and we do not do on-site work. If you need that, you need a managed IT provider, and we will tell you so on the first call. What we do offer is an IT help desk agent for your staff, which answers everyday Microsoft 365 and Windows questions from Microsoft's own documentation and hands anything it cannot fix to whoever runs your IT, with the details already gathered.

Start with a defined workflow, such as routing an intake request or preparing a reminder. Agree what may run automatically, what needs approval, and what it must never do. Supported integrations, duplicate handling, failures, monitoring, and a practical way to pause the workflow are part of the scope.

A managed website comes two ways. Month to month: $495 to set up and $149 a month, with no contract. Own it: $1,495 once, with hosting included for 12 months, then a free move to your own account or $25 a month or $250 a year. Both plans cover a standard business website, up to 5 pages. Custom builds from $3,500 are only for sites that need online booking or many pages. If your current site only needs correcting, the Fix-it starter is $295, once. The add-ons: the AI receptionist is $249 a month with 500 call minutes included, plus a $495 setup and no contract, or $349 a month together with the website. An internal agent for your team is $199 a month for up to 25 staff, setup from $1,995. The IT help desk agent is $149 a month, setup $395. Automations start at $750 each. The price is agreed in writing before we start. The first call is free.

No. No plan has a minimum term. The monthly website plan is month to month: cancel any time by email, and it ends at the end of the month you have paid for. Every other plan is month to month too. Or pay for the website once ($1,495) and own it. You own your domain name and your content. They stay yours while we look after the site, and they leave with you. Leave any time. No contract and no fee. We hand over your site files and content within 7 days. A named person answers. That person is Aaron. Call or email; you hear back from him within one business day.

We are in Midlothian, Virginia. Most of our attention goes to home-service trades, remodelers and auto repair shops in Central Virginia, and we work with small and midsize businesses anywhere in the United States. Everything is built and run remotely, so a receptionist for a plumber in Tulsa is the same job as one for a plumber in Richmond. Every meeting is a video call or a phone call.

We serve small and midsize businesses across industries, including owners, executives, operations leaders, and staff teams. Trades, professional services, medical offices, real estate, nonprofits, restaurants, and retail are examples, not a current client roster or an eligibility limit. The workflow, data, systems, and required controls determine what we can responsibly deliver.

Start with approved tools, access and retention settings, staff guidance, and a clear rule for sensitive information. We agree those controls with the person responsible for your systems and test the supported boundaries. A policy or chatbot alone cannot prevent every disclosure; the free AI-use policy builder is a starting point for your review.

They are the AI assistants inside Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. We set them up as internal agents for your team, connected to the documents you approve, with the sharing and permissions checked first, because Copilot can read everything the person using it can read. We work with whoever administers your Microsoft or Google account; we do not become that administrator.
