Equipment is priced in the written quote. We test the agreed workflow locally with cloud connections disabled, so its prompts and files stay in the building. Your office still controls access, physical protection and any later connections.

We help you use AI without exposing your customer or client data: choose an appropriate business account, check training and retention settings, restrict access, and agree what staff may enter. No-training terms do not mean no storage or no provider processing. Start with sample or de-identified information; your firm approves any use of confidential files.
Usually not for everyday office AI. ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini on an appropriate business plan may be enough. We work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and recommend the simplest fit for your work and budget.
Yes. Before setup we read the plan’s data terms: what is kept and for how long, whether it trains on your inputs, who can see them and how to delete them. You get a one-page plain-English summary. If a tool’s terms do not fit your work, we say so.
Signed in with a work account, Copilot Chat already keeps your prompts out of Microsoft’s model training. The paid add-on reads your email and files. We help you decide whether that is worth it for your team. Sometimes the answer is to keep what you have.
No. That belongs with your IT provider. We can explain what a question means.
We provide project-based cloud and AI help and booked hours, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. This is not a 24/7 help desk or emergency line. We set things up and hand over; your team or existing provider continues managing backups and security. We do not offer security or managed IT services.
