Do I have to learn any software?
No. There is no editor to log in to and nothing to learn: you email us, and you approve the draft we send back.

The person you talk to on the free call is the person who builds and looks after your site. Call or email; you get a reply within one business day. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, excluding US federal holidays.
The published staff plans cover up to 25 people. We can start with one department or scope a larger team. Users, permissions, usage and support are agreed before pricing.
Website and receptionist care together is $349/month, with each setup priced separately. Services can be purchased individually; you do not need the whole lineup.
Monthly service covers the work listed in your plan. Additional pages, workflows, integrations, and larger changes are quoted separately. AI operation does not imply 24-hour human support.
Setup times
Typical setup, counted from when you have given us access and your content: 1 to 2 weeks for an AI receptionist; 3 to 4 weeks for a managed website; 2 to 3 weeks for an internal AI agent; about 1 week for an IT help desk agent; 1 to 2 weeks for an automation. You get a response within 4 business hours if a live assistant, site or automation stops working. Your assistant keeps answering around the clock on its own.
