Text message terms

These terms cover text messages between MAE-AI Solutions, LLC and clients who have opted in to text updates for their website. How to opt in is on the text updates page.

The program

Program name: MAE-AI Solutions website updates. Once text updates launch and you have opted in, you will be able to text a photo or a sentence to our number and we will draft a change to your website. We will text you back to confirm we received it and to send a link where the owner reviews and approves the change. We will not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You get one or two texts for each update you send.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts; your mobile carrier may, under your plan.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any text to stop. You get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts from us after that. Reply START to opt back in.

Who can use it

Only the mobile numbers a client gave us in writing can send updates. You agree to tell us if a number changes hands or should be removed. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of buying any service.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control. If you sent an update and heard nothing back, email it to us instead.

Privacy

We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy for what we store and for how long.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top says when. Clients who have opted in are told about a change that affects them.
