“We started with one oven, a folding table and a rule: nobody leaves without a fold-able slice.”

The people cooking your order

Same crew most nights, which is why the pie tastes the same in March as it did in October.

ORDER TICKET #047 — OPEN

Order online or call ahead

Call the counter, or open the AI order assistant — it knows the whole menu and every topping, takes pickup orders, and starts catering quotes.

What this looks like for a real pizza shop

Friday at 6pm the phone rings every thirty seconds, and the person who could answer has flour to the elbows. This demo takes a pickup order to show what is possible, but we do not offer phone ordering or a POS connection; that would be a separate job, quoted in writing, and we have not built one yet. What a real shop gets today: your menu, hours and prices kept right on your website, and an assistant that answers hours and menu questions and takes catering requests for you to confirm. The menu comes from the one your site already publishes, so a change is made once and the assistant follows it.

Today

  1. Friday at 6. The phone rings every thirty seconds while the oven is full.
  2. Nobody can pick up, so the pie order goes to the shop down the road.
  3. Catering questions wait until after close.

With an AI receptionist

  1. It answers hours, menu and price questions from your real menu, and never invents an item. It does not take orders.
  2. Catering requests are taken down for you to confirm.
  3. Your staff keep cooking.
