Ready when you are

Meridian Family DentalMeridian Family Dental, this is the AI front desk — our chats get recorded. Are you a current patient, or looking to get in?

Try without the assistant

Ask the live AI above, or use a sample form to explore the steps without a conversation.

What happens next

Ask the assistant, or say it out loud — what Meridian would do with it shows up here.

Yes, we probably take your insurance

Tell us your carrier and we verify your benefits before the visit, so you know your estimated share before any treatment. Bring your insurance card to the first visit.

In-network plans

  • Delta Dental (PPO and Premier)
  • Cigna Dental PPO
  • Aetna Dental PPO
  • MetLife PDP
  • Guardian PPO
  • United Concordia
  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental

We see children and adults covered by Virginia Medicaid dental (Smiles For Children / Cardinal Care).

Bring

  • Photo ID
  • Your insurance card, if you have one
  • A list of medications you take

New-patient forms are sent by text link after you book, so there is no clipboard in the waiting room.

Kids are welcome from their first tooth, and parents and kids can usually be seen back-to-back.

Hours
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Same-day emergency slots are held back every weekday morning.
Toothache or broken tooth
Toothache, a cracked or broken tooth, or a lost filling: we hold same-day slots every weekday. Swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, bleeding that will not stop, or an injury to the face or jaw is an emergency room visit or 911.
Moving an appointment
Please give 24 hours’ notice to move an appointment. A freed chair goes to someone on our waitlist.

OFFICE ASSISTANT — OPEN

Book your visit today

Call the office, or open the AI office assistant — it knows our insurance plans, new-patient steps and hours, and passes your request to the front desk.

What we offer a real practice today

This demo shows what an office assistant would decline: it never diagnoses, never sees a chart, and sends anything urgent to the ER or 911. We do not offer it to dental or medical practices yet. Even a name with an appointment request is health information, and the agreements that protect it are not in place with every company our assistant runs on. What we offer a practice today is the website: wrong hours, insurance plans and team members fixed on your site and your Google listing, then your site kept current, with nothing live until you approve it.
